12V Pixels are the basic building block of every light show. Mattos Designs uses industry-leading manufacturers to make their Pixels to our exact specifications. All of our PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) are separated using PCB routers to assure a clean cut, where other manufacturer's boards are manually snapped apart. The forces applied when separating PCBs in this manner have a tendency to weaken solder joints or break capacitors, which will result in a bad pixel. Additionally, we employ trained individuals who regularly visit our manufacturers to perform spot inspections to assure that they are using our approved Fire-Resistant Epoxy, routed circuit boards, and follow our exact standards of production.
