• Advanced LED Technology: The EVO+ pixels utilize a native 12-volt HS-3248 B RGB chip/LED combo with no additional support components, minimizing failure points and maximizing power efficiency. Rated at just 9mA each, these pixels offer low current requirements, allowing for thinner wires and higher pixel counts before needing power injection.
• Dual Data Lines: The 4-wire design with HS-3248RGB B protocol ensures that if a single pixel fails, the rest of the string will continue to operate seamlessly.
• Constant Current Design: Unlike traditional bullet pixels, the EVO+ maintains consistent current consumption across all brightness settings. This design requires higher voltage at each pixel, making it ideal for setups with 250 pixels or more, benefiting from power balancing.
• Superior Durability: The entire board and wire assembly is epoxy-coated and over-molded into a PVC shell, providing two complete sealed units for exceptional water and environmental resistance. The LED package is UL listed, and the pixel string has separate UL certification.
• Easy Installation: The installed pixel face sits flush with 10mm coroplast props and features nubs for effortless insertion and secure locking. The slightly tapered 12mm shell and flat back make insertion into pixel strips simple and comfortable.
• Lightweight Design: At 238 grams per 100 pixels (with 4” spacing), EVO+ pixels make props significantly lighter and easier to handle. A 1,000-pixel high-density prop using EVO+ pixels weighs 11.25 lbs less than using 12V bullet pixels.
