EVO MINI 4 wire Pixels.

The EVO 4 wire mini pixel - is a twist on the standard EVO Pixel.  With a 5mm diameter body, and a "stackable design" the EVO Mini is ready to take those high density installations down a few sizes.  By incorporating a 5 mm body, props and signs can be made smaller and still retain a very similar pixel count.  The base where the wires connect still retains the larger size, but the design allows a pixel base to overlap the one next to it and still protrude through the 10mm coroplast (or whatever material you are using.

Since the EVO Mini is designed tor more permanent installations, or installations with no tollerance for string failures, by incorporating a 3248 RBG - 12V B Led/driver chipset - we have successfully added redundant data to the EVO Mini.  In the event that a single pixel fails, the next chip down the line will recognize the disrupted data and correct it to keep the rest of the string lit up.  This means a single pixel failure won't take out the balance of the string.

The constant current design and native 12V technology reduces the number of internal components and reduces the overall power draw and failure points.  Finally the 100% encapsulated pixel is further encapsulated in PVC adding to their durability.

The EVO Mini pixels use 4 wire technology and have 4 pin xConnect style connections.  A 4 pin to 3 pin adapter is included with each set for the input line.  Additionally a 4 pin to 3 pin end of string adapter is available to connect 3 wire pixels to the end of a 4 wire permanent string.

Rated at 12v, the EVO Minis have a voltage range of 10.8v to 13.2 vdc.    Current draw is 9ma@ 12v and has an operating temperature range of -40c to +85c (-40f to 185f)  mcd values are R 100-300, G 200 - 600, and B 50 - 200 @ 12vdc  Built in signal reshaping circuit.  Data transmission rate 800kbs.

With its incredibly light weight of 238 grams / 100 (@4” spacing) your props will become significantly lighter and easier to hang.  A 1,000-pixel high density prop using EVO’s weighing 11.25 lbs. less (5.25 lbs. / 1,000 EVO vs 16.5 lbs. 1,000 12v Bullets).

The brightness rivals bullet pixels, featuring a full 12mm of illuminated surface (vs 8mm for a bullet pixel), side and rear illumination, and simplicity of insertion and storage – EVO Pixels are revolutionizing displays around the world and improving the show building experience.  Each EVO Pixel is marked on the back with "+ Data -" to indicate the input side of the pixel in the event the user wants to customize a string or a repair is required.  A 3-year warranty is standard for all unmodified / uncut pixel strings.
